In my 30+ years in large and small technology companies, I have started, scaled, and sunset many small businesses, products, and services.  With expertise in small business valuations, strategic planning, business case analysis/development, financial modeling, marketing & GTM, I am well-equipped to guide and empower these enterprises. Having co-founded three small businesses while maintaining a full-time job, I have also assisted numerous other small ventures over the years. How does the process work?

1. Setup a free consult.
   Ideally, please send me some business background, and areas you are looking for help before meeting.  At the meeting, we will discuss your business state, your requirements.
2. Defining where I can help
   After doing some due diligence, I will come back to you with proposed deliverables, timeline and costs.  Upon mutual agreement, we will start partnering on addressing your requirements.
3. Costs: These will vary based on the defined projects, deliverables, timelines and complexity.
