My primary mission is to assist the Early Childhood Education (ECE) community in successfully establishing and scaling their businesses, launching new centers, or engaging in the purchase and sale of existing ones.

My expertise extends to ECE business valuations, strategic planning, compliance requirements, business case development, and financial modeling. I have also developed a proficiency in collaborating with City Planning departments on Use Permits and working with the Small Business Administration (SBA). Notably, I have co-founded two thriving preschools over the years.

   After doing some due diligence, I will come back to you with proposed deliverables, timeline and costs.  Upon mutual agreement, we will start partnering on addressing your requirements.
